Seniorchefin Ursel is always busy helping in the kitchen. She still likes to bake the apple pie according to a secret recipe and also helps out, especially in the kitchen.






Chef Franz-Josef is responsible for the delicacies in the kitchen. From beef broth to pepper steak, he always emphasizes: “That gives strength!”. He always motivates the employees right in the middle of the action and cannot be disturbed.






Chefin Marion helps in all areas, whether service, kitchen, reception or in the office. She is very familiar with all the key data and is your contact for planning your celebrations with us in Wildewiese.






Juniorchef Robin works at the front desk, kitchen and behind the scenes. He owns the topics of accounting, calculation, social media management & marketing. He has everything under control online.






Danja is always at the forefront with new creative ideas and, thanks to her computer science course, the best contact person when it comes to questions about IT.





Juniorchefin Leonie leads the service and is always there himself. Through experiences she has gained in cities and abroad, she always brings a breath of fresh air to Wildewiese.
